Do you have a patient in need of advanced veterinary care that you cannot afford? Or do you know of someone else who needs help?
- Register with Azzore’s Angels by clicking on the “Register” link to the right in the sidebar. You will need to select a username and enter your email address. Confirmation and a password will be emailed to you.
- Log in to azzoresangels.org with your username and password. You will be taken to a profile page where you can enter in more information about yourself.
- Once you are registered and logged in, you can click on the “Submit a New Cause” link to the right in the sidebar. This will open a window where you will be asked for specifics on the cause (a title for your campaign, the end date, the amount you hope to raise, a description of your campaign).
- Your campaign will have to be verified before it goes “live”. When you have created your campaign, it will go into a “pending” status, and the Head Angel at Azzore’s Angels will receive an email that a new campaign has been entered. The veterinary facility will be contacted and asked to verify the medical need and the amount needed to cover the costs of services.
- Once everything has checked out, your campaign will be published live on our website. You will be able to send a link to your friends and family members, post it on your Facebook account, and otherwise promote the event in order to raise the needed funds. We also encourage you to post a video on the Azzore’s Angels YouTube Channel.
- Campaigns and updates will also be posted on the Azzore’s Angels Facebook Page.
- At the end of the campaign, all funds collected will be sent to the veterinary hospital where the treatment has or will occur, less the credit card processing fee.
